These terms apply to services booked with 800 Tyres Mobile Tyre Services ("800 Tyres", "we", "us") through this website, WhatsApp, phone or email. By booking, you agree to them.

1. Our services

We provide mobile tyre services in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah: tyre change and replacement, flat tyre assistance, puncture repair, supply and fitting of new tyres, spare tyre supply and fitting, tyre pressure checks, nitrogen inflation, TPMS sensor service and tyre rotation at your location. Wheel alignment, rim repair and some balancing work are carried out at partner workshops. We do not provide towing or mechanical repairs beyond tyres and wheels.

2. Prices and quotes

Prices on this website are starting prices in UAE dirhams (AED). The final price depends on your vehicle, tyre size, brand and the work required.
Before a technician is dispatched, we confirm the full price in writing (usually on WhatsApp). We will not charge more than the confirmed price without your agreement.
Prices include VAT where applicable unless stated otherwise.
Our visit and fitting prices are the same at any hour. Special-order tyres may need a deposit.

3. Booking, arrival times and cancellation

Arrival times are estimates. Traffic, weather and road closures can cause delays; we will keep you updated.
You can cancel free of charge before the technician is dispatched. If you cancel after dispatch, we may charge a call-out fee of up to AED 50 to cover travel. Special-order tyres cannot be cancelled once ordered unless they are faulty.
If we cannot complete the job because the location is inaccessible, the vehicle is unsafe to work on, or the wrong tyre size was given, a call-out fee may apply.

4. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate details of your vehicle, tyre size and location, and make sure we have permission to work there (for example, building or community access).
Provide the locking wheel nut key if your car has one.
On roads and highways, follow police and safety instructions; our technician may refuse to work where it is unsafe and may ask you to move to a safer place if the vehicle can be moved.

5. Repairs and safety decisions

Puncture repairs are only carried out within the repairable area of the tread and according to industry practice. We will not repair sidewall damage, run-flat tyres driven flat, or tyres past their safe age, and we may advise replacement. If you choose not to follow our safety advice, we may record this on your invoice.

6. Tyres we supply

New tyres are supplied with the manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects. We show you the DOT manufacture date before fitting. Warranty claims are assessed by the manufacturer or its distributor and do not cover damage from road hazards, incorrect pressure, misalignment or misuse.

7. Workmanship guarantee

We guarantee our fitting and repair work for 30 days. If a problem is caused by our workmanship, we will put it right at no charge. Please contact us before going to another provider.

8. Payment

Payment is due when the job is complete, by card, cash, Tabby or Tamara. Instalment plans with Tabby and Tamara are subject to their own approval and terms; we are paid in full by them and are not a lender.

9. Refunds

Unused, unfitted tyres in original condition can be returned within 7 days for a refund, minus any delivery cost. Fitted tyres can only be returned for manufacturing defects under warranty. Service fees for work completed are not refundable unless the work was faulty.

10. Liability

We take care when working on your vehicle and are responsible for damage caused by our negligence. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or faults unrelated to our work. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided, except where UAE law does not allow such a limit.

11. Advertising and website information

We aim to keep information on this website and in our adverts accurate, including prices and service areas. If an advertised price is shown in error, we will tell you before any work starts and you may cancel without charge.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the UAE. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Dubai.
