This policy explains how 800 Tyres Mobile Tyre Services ("800 Tyres", "we") handles personal data when you visit 800tyres.ae, contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, or book a service. We process personal data in line with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

What we collect

Contact details — your name, phone number and, if you share it, your email address.
Service details — your location or address, vehicle make, model, plate number, tyre size and photos you send us of your tyres or car.
Payment details — the payment method and amount. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; Tabby and Tamara instalments are handled by those companies under their own privacy policies. We do not store full card numbers.
Website data — pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address, and how you arrived at the site (for example, from a Google search or advert). This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it

To quote, schedule and carry out the service you asked for, and to send the technician to the right place.
To contact you about your booking, warranty or a follow-up service you requested.
To process payments and keep the records the law requires for tax and accounting.
To improve our website and measure how well our advertising works, including Google Ads conversion tracking and Google Analytics.
To send occasional offers, only if you have agreed to receive them. You can opt out at any time by replying "STOP" on WhatsApp or emailing us.

We share only what is needed with: the technician assigned to your job; partner workshops if your service is carried out there; payment providers (card processor, Tabby, Tamara); and service providers who host our website, messaging and analytics (such as Google and Meta for WhatsApp). We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information if required by UAE law or a competent authority.

Cookies and advertising

We use essential cookies to make the site work and, with your consent where required, analytics and advertising cookies. Google may use cookies to show our adverts to people who have visited our site (remarketing). You can manage ad personalisation at Google Ads Settings and block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

Booking and payment records are kept for as long as UAE law requires (generally five years for financial records). Photos and location data are deleted once they're no longer needed for your job or warranty. Marketing preferences are kept until you withdraw consent.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or withdraw consent for marketing. Email help@800tyres.ae and we'll respond within 30 days.

Security

We protect data with access controls, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limited staff access. No system is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe and will tell you if a breach affects you.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
